about goddard international


We are a boutique executive coaching and leadership development company founded in 2001 by Gabriella Goddard, a seasoned Executive Coach, international speaker and published author.

We provide individual Executive Coaching programmes for Board Level and Senior Directors, and leadership development and coaching skills programmes aimed at international high potentials, cross-cultural teams and diversity networks within some of the country's top multinationals and global corporations.

When we are designing and delivering a programme, whether it's for an individual or a group, we ask ourselves these four fundamental questions:

  • is it catalytic? - how will it kickstart a fundamental shift in behaviour, mindset and competency?
  • is it concrete? - how will the learning be applied in practice and how can we make it as real and as commercially focused as possible?
  • is it connected? - how does it link in with the business vision and values, and how does it interlink with other learning and development programmes?
  • is it creative? - how can we enhance and enrichen the learning experience by being innovative with the design, delivery and pre/post programme support?

The majority of our clients are Senior Executives working for leading multinationals in retail, FMCG, automotive, utilities and financial services clients and include International HR Managers, European Heads of Business Unit, European General Managers and European Finance Directors, Internal Communications Directors and Buying Managers. They come from a wide range of cultures including English, German, French, Danish, Slovakian, Canadian, American, New Zealand and Irish.

Goddard International is based in the UK, with a European base in the South of Spain. We work in collaboration with a small group of associate Executive Coaches dotted around the globe to deliver our programmes - handpicked for their "can do" attitude, commercial experience and international expertise. We also work on selected assignments in partnership with Full Potential Group (UK) and Vivacci & Talentis (France).
