A shape executive coaching programme is typically a 12 month programme incorporating five key stages:

| Coaching | The coaching would then take place incorporating - Telephone Coaching - Face to Face Coaching - Shadow Coaching - Team Coaching |
| Support | Between sessions, the executive would receive regular support with - Email Coaching - Our Monthly "mover & shaper" Ezine - Our Weekly Top Tips - Regular "mover &" shaper" Teleclasses |
| Review | After Month 6 and Month 12, formal review sessions will take place and would typically include - A Feedback Session with Key Sponsor - Repeating the 360 Feedback Report - Measure Achievements to Leadership Development Goals - Updating the Coaching Roadmap |
